The President of Patten, MacPhee & Associates, Inc., Les Patten is graduate of Drake University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Valuation Analyst.

His extensive experience includes serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of a larger, profitable Colorado bank, as Controller for a large, regional holding company, and as a CPA for an international accounting firm. In addition, Les has provided financial expert witness testimony in complex business litigation and in litigation involving complex financial fraud. He has served in various fiduciary capacities as receiver and trustee in several large cases.

An expert in banking regulation, Les has provided expert witness testimony in both state and federal courts regarding standards and practices for banks, and has presented numerous seminars on bank management and regulatory issues.

Les is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of CPAs, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Anlysts.
